The Verderair diaphragm pump series offer a wide range of wetted
materials, varying from metallic (aluminium, cast iron and stainless steel)
to non-metallic (Acetal, Polypropylene, Kynar, conductive Polypropylene,
Polyethylene, PTFE). Verderair air operated diaphragm pumps are easily
installed and easy to maintain. They are excellent calamity and emergency
pumps, up to 1200 l/min, up to 16 bar. The complete range of Verderair,

Verderair VA Series Pumps
Verderair double diaphragm pumps offer a smooth and reliable flow. The
Verderair (VA)air driven pumps are perfect pumps for application in a wide
range of industries, from electric plating baths up to blood plasma.
The wetted parts can be configured to the pump for your specific
applications in a huge variety of material combinations. Metallic and non
metallic configurations are available.
Verderair Pure Pumps
A robust series of double diaphragm pumps, produced from one-piece solid
and pure PE or PTFE (also conductive). The Verderair Pure is designed for
heavy-duty operation, harsh liquids and severe process conditions, such
as manufacturing of photovoltaic solar panels. The series have fewer material
stress points due to the solid Block Construction.
The high efficient full PTFE pumps have an increased productivity
with an up to 30% higher flow rate and reduced operational cost because
of lower air consumption and reduced maintenance. The fully integrated
air valve can be serviced in only minutes.
Verderair Hi-Cleen Pumps
The Verderair HI-CLEAN is a series of hygienic and food grade air operated
diaphragm and piston pumps. The HI-CLEAN pumps are designed for operation
in hygienic and food processing applications, such as pumping dairy (cream,
cream cheese and yoghurt) and basic ingredients for fruit syrups or concentrates
for the manufacturing of fruit juices & personal care.
In addition, the Verderair HI-CLEAN pumps handle a huge diversity
of fluids, whether they are high or low viscous, quick or low floating
or to pump media with large solids. The HI-CLEAN pumps can pump fluids
at temperatures up to +135 °C.

Pulsation Dampeners
Air operated double diaphragm pumps are having a pulsating flow. This will lead to increased pipeline losses due to the pressure changes in the pipeline. In processes were pulsations in the fluid stream needs to minimized, Verderair Pure pulsation dampeners needs to be used. By correct use, those dampeners will reduce the pulsations for 95%.
