Verderair Hi-CLEAN Pumps
The Verderair HI-CLEAN is a series of hygienic and food grade air operated
diaphragm and piston pumps. The HI-CLEAN pumps are designed for operation
in hygienic and food processing applications, such as pumping dairy (cream,
cream cheese and yoghurt) and basic ingredients for fruit syrups or concentrates
for the manufacturing of fruit juices & personal care.
In addition, the Verderair HI-CLEAN pumps handle a huge diversity
of fluids, whether they are high or low viscous, quick or low floating
or to pump media with large solids. The HI-CLEAN pumps can pump fluids
at temperatures up to +135 °C.
Verderair VA Food Grade Design (FD)
Verderair HI-CLEAN food grade pumps are specially constructed for use
in the food processing industry. Wetted materials are made of SS 316 Ra
polish of3.2 μm (standard for food-grade applications). The HI-CLEAN pumps
are standard executed with DIN 11851 (milk- ) or Tri-Clamp process connections.
The centre section is available in Stainless Steel or Aluminium. All materials
in contact with the pumped medium are FDA compliant. Pumps executed with
PTFE diaphragms are certified EC 1935/2004.
The Verderair HI-CLEAN pumps come standard with a dual cup air valve –
one of the most reliable, oil-free air valves in the market.
The application areas of Verderair HI-CLEAN food-grade pumps are ao evacuation
of food process mixing kettles, repackaging of fluids from original
container to smaller receptacles, and pumping hand and massage lotions
for the toiletries/cosmetic.

Verderair VA Series 3A,SB,SF,FP
This Verderair HI-CLEAN series of air operated diaphragm pumps are having
a special design to make them suitable for CIP and SIP cleaning. With surface
finish of RA<0.8 µm and all materials in contact with the medium FDA
approved and EN1935/2004 certified, they are ideal to be used in all applications
were hygienic pumping is required.
The 3A version has the highest flow capacity of any air-operated
double diaphragm pump certified by 3A, is standard supplied with a leak
detection system and can handle solids up to 25 mm.
If 3A certification is not requested, the Verderair HI-CLEAN SB version
can be used. This pump is having all the features as the 3A version, except
the leak detector.
3A, SB and SF series are a fast knock down system to clean the pump manually.
The pumps are standard supplied mounted on a base frame on which the pump
can be turned to drain the remaining of the media out of the pump.

Verderair VA Sanitary Piston Pump (SP)
The Verderair HI-CLEAN pump series SP are 2.5:1 air operated piston pumps who can easily handle media up-to 75.000 mPas (cPs). They are delivered with a SS suction tube. Together with the FDA compliant bung adaptor, they are ideal to empty standard 200 liter or 2000 liter drums with high viscous media. With compressed air supply of 7 bar they can deliver pressures up to 17 bar!
