The metal filter cartridges are made from fine stainless steel powders sintered to form rugged high voids and fixed pore filters with high temperature, pressure and solvent resistance. Particle removal at: 0.4,0.8,1.3,11, 20,25,55,85,175, and 350 micron.
The filter element is used for sterile filtration of compressed air, process air, technical gases and vent applications. The retention rate is 99.99998% for all particles 0.01µm and larger, ensuring safe and sterile filtration of process gases. The filter element provides low pressure drop, high dirt-holding capacity, great strength, and long service life to dramatically reduce your operating costs. This element is used in compressed air and gas applications, including tank ventilation.
The Microflow XL-Brine systems are specifically designed to meet needs and requirements of brine purification in modern cheese plants. Clarification is achieved without the need for filter aids or centrifuge. The fully automated Microflow system provides an environmentally friendly solution for longer brine life, with a reliable microbial stabilization which reduces the risk of cheese contamination from spoilage or pathogenic microorganisms during the brine salting process.
The system utilizes Pall’s proven high area, hollow fiber membranes with unique mechanical strength and excellent chemical resistance, which allow high productivity and repeated exposure to aggressive cleaning regimes. When coupled with the user friendly software with cycle programming and a compact footprint, the Microflow XL-Brine series is the smart solution for reliable cheese brine regeneration.
The demand for specialty products with unique organoleptic properties, nutritional profiles or added functionalities is driving dairy innovation. Pall crossflow membrane technologies provide precise separations, from microfiltration to the production of customized fractions.
The filter is specially designed for high flow applications (>10 m/h). Compared with conventional cartridges, fewer elements are required for a given flow rate, avoiding the use of large housings and enabling major savings in capital, maintenance and operating costs.
Reproducible and consistent absolute rating (ß>5000). Size remove: from 1 micron to 20 micron
These filter cartridges are high efficiency depth style filters constructed of polypropylene. Constructed of polypropylene, with a continuously graded fixed pore structure, these cartridges provide pre- and final filtration within the same cartridge resulting in lower overall filtration and disposal cost.
The filter cartridges provide a removal efficiency of >99.98% in compatible liquids with consistent filtration performance.
Size remove: from 0.5 micron to 100 micron
The filter cartridges are all-polypropylene pleated filters with high flow and high contaminant holding capacity for longer on-stream life. The filter media is produced by using a proprietary melt-blowing process that delivers exceptional product consistency. It is ideally suited to the capture of non-deformable particles from compatible liquid or inert gas feed streams, characterized by a narrow particle size. Size remove : from 0.2 micron to 50 micron
This filter cartridges feature a unique hydrophilic modified polyvinylidenedifluoride ( PVDF) membrane or Nylon 6,6. They are recommended for pharmaceuticals including ophthalmics and other dilute preservative solutions, biologicals including dilute protein solutions, cold and hot WFI, chemicals, aggressive solvents and sanitizing agents
Microbial Removal rating:
This filter with a unique combination of Ultipleat filter construction and optimized built in prefiltration to give longer filter life and lower filtration costs. The filters are suitable for sterile filtration of a wide range of fluids including buffers, biological fluids, tissue culture media, ophthalmic products and many others. The low protein and preservative binding fo the supor polyethersulfone membrane also ensures maximum transmission of active ingredients.
Microbial Removal rating:
Critical to the absolute purity of your finished product is filtration at every stage, including prefiltration of raw water as it enters the process. Pall has addressed your need for an economical and reliable particulate filter systems designed for the following applications.
Conventional water treatment upstream of nanofiltration and reverse-osmosis systems can include sand filtration, flocculations, ion exchange resins and cartridge filtration. For a more economical and reliable approach, Pall has developed a compact system that uses Hollow Fiber modules for the replacement of most conventional water treatment steps upstream of reverse osmosis or nanofiltration.
The Palltronic® Flowstar IV filter integrity test instrument is the result of Pall's long experience and expert technical knowledge in producing successful, top-quality test instruments. The Flowstar IV instrument introduces many new features, enabling users to reliably and reproducibly test even more filters and in less time, saving time and money. Lightweight, compact and ergonomic, the instrument now features an enhanced touch screen and user-friendly interface, requiring minimal training of operators.
Improved pressure/flow calibration preserves measurement accuracy while ensuring faster tests. The latest networking capabilities are incorporated for easy integration within a network, and the optional WLAN adaptor, USB connectivity plus an extended range of remote control/automation options enable even greater flexibility. Developed in accordance with GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practices) guidelines, and offering full compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, the Palltronic Flowstar IV instrument is supported by an extensive qualification documentation package, including guides for Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ).
Dynalloy® porous metal fiber medium is specifically designed to optimize particulate capture via its asymmetrical graded pore structure. This structure exhibits the finest pores on the upstream side of the filter media, insuring the capture of particulates at the filters’ first surface, where they are easily removed by in-situ, reverse flow operations.
Manufacturing is done completely in-house, including the production of the metal fibers, the formulation of the proprietary base medium, and the design of the element. The process concludes with Pall's scientifically controlled sintering process.
The sintering process fuses the structure of the filter media, insuring a “weld-bond” which utilizes no “binders” that might otherwise shed and contaminate downstream equipment and/or final product quality.
The demands arising from the rapid development of emerging industries have necessitated filters with requirements for outstanding performance characteristics over conventional ones in every respect. Our high-precision filter elements and filter systems match today's industrial requirements for high filtration efficiency, low pressure drop, and long service life.
The BOS filter bag is a Polymicro®seamless filter bag, constructed entirely without seams. This unique material composition allows for a higher efficiency, with graded pore-size distribution creating absolute filtration.
Pall FSI Mesh Filter Bags are constructed using a woven or knitted fabric. Available in single filament mesh that provides excellent strength with no fiber migration, or a woven multi-strand mesh for low-cost, disposable bags.
